Walk and Talk Therapy is only available to individual adults in Winnipeg, MB and takes place along the walking paths in the downtown area.

Prior to your first Walk and Talk session, you will be required to have an initial, intake session via video to determine if Walk and Talk Therapy is suitable for your needs and to prepare for our first walking session.
